As a board-certified nurse practitioner, functional nutritionist & functional and integrative medicine practitioner, I love combining modern science with a more natural approach to help women transform their health from the inside out.
Through my 23+ years experience in the healthcare field both as a nurse and a nurse practitioner – combined with my own health journey, I’ve come to recognize how much “care” & “healing” are lacking in the conventional healthcare space. I’m passionate about delivering a better experience for my clients.
My approach is gentle, client-centered & collaborative, with an emphasis on long-term solutions.
